AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOWS
Give repetitive work
a better routine.
The same reply. Another set of notes. One more document to organise. Repeated tasks can be a useful place to explore AI assistance.
We help shape repeatable ways to use AI for drafting, summarising and organising information. The goal is a process your team can understand, check and use, with clear boundaries around what the AI does and what a person decides.
Start a conversation01
Pick a task with a clear beginning and end
A good starting point is a recurring task with recognisable inputs and an output someone can evaluate. Examples might include a first draft of an internal update, a summary of non-sensitive notes or a structured outline from approved source material.
Before introducing AI, we look at the current process. What information is needed? Where do exceptions occur? Which parts require judgement? The answers help define a focused workflow rather than an open-ended request to automate everything.
02
Make checking part of the workflow
AI outputs can omit information, misunderstand context or produce incorrect details. A practical workflow needs an explicit review step: what should be checked, who checks it and what happens if something is wrong.
We can help shape reusable instructions, example inputs and review checklists as part of an agreed pilot. Customer-facing messages and important decisions remain subject to human approval. We do not assume permission to send messages, change records or connect systems.
03
Test usefulness, then support adoption
Try the approach on a small set of suitable examples. Compare the whole task, including preparation, reviewing and correcting, with how it works today. A quicker draft is only useful if the result is reliable enough for its purpose.
If the pilot is worth continuing, the next step can include clear instructions and practical staff guidance. Any wider automation or integration needs its own agreed scope, permissions and assessment of the tools involved.
A few practical questions
Will this replace the people doing the work?
Our focus is on helping people with recurring tasks and making review responsibilities clear. Any changes to roles or processes are decisions for the business.
Can it work with our existing tools?
We can review the setup first. What is possible depends on the tools, supported integrations, access and the agreed scope. We do not promise a connection before checking those details.
What information should we share first?
A simple description of the task and a non-sensitive example is enough to start. Do not send passwords, customer records or confidential material in an initial enquiry.
A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP
Tell us which task keeps coming back.
No perfect brief required. A description of the problem is enough to begin.
